Spring harvested green tea nurtured by the sub tropical spring mists of the high elevation-grown, China. This tea gets its name Jade Cloud from the mountain mist that blankets the landscape. The clouds shade the tea, promoting a high concentration of nutrients and a deep green pigment.
Fresh, fruity aroma. Long, thin, deep-green, almost emerald colored leaves. The flavor is mellow and refreshing, nice nuances of toasted nuts, light sweetness, fruitiness and umami flavors.
