Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days, pending authorization and verification of funds. Backorder notification will be emailed to you, if not indicated as such, on our website. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout (unless otherwise noted) and are based on the total weight of your package. We ship via UPS, Canada Post, CanPar and FedEx. However, we reserve the right to use alternate carriers, as needed without notification. Most couriers do not deliver on weekends. Please be aware that additional surcharges may apply for delivery to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery if entering a PO Box. If other delivery services are necessary or preferred, please contact us for inquiries and/or assistance. Requests for other delivery services, or service that may be required by the carrier to make your delivery, will be billed accordingly.
StoneTempleCoffees.com is not responsible for conditions beyond our control that may delay deliveries i.e., severe weather, holiday rushes etc. Please plan accordingly. We do not want you to be disappointed.
StoneTempleCoffees.com reserves the right to bill your credit card for addresses and/or postal codes incorrectly submitted. Most shipping companies charge for address-correction errors, and we reserve the right to pass these along to you. In addition, if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address, we reserve the right to pass those additional fees along to you. Cheques are not accepted, and all orders are prepaid before shipping.
StoneTempleCoffees.com strives to provide excellent Customer Service and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
If you order is incorrect, damaged upon receipt or for any reason does not meet your expectations, we want to know about it. Please contact Customer Service by email, upon receipt of your order should there be a problem and quote the order number from your Invoice to help us find your order in our systems. If you no longer have the invoice email we sent you upon purchase, please log into your account to find the order in question.
Once we have reviewed your case, we will contact you to resolve the situation and if necessary, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
Please note that refunds and store credit vouchers are restricted to the product purchase price. We cannot refund the cost of shipping.
You must notify us within 30 days from the order date to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Coffee must be returned unopened and in its original packaging and shipping box.
Collection of Information
We collect and store some non-financial, personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors.
This information is only used to fulfill your specific purchase request(s), or for communication purposes, such as newsletters and product notifications. We do not store personally identifiable financial information on our servers or databases.

Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Full Credit card information is not stored on our servers or databases, though we do keep obstructed partial records for identifying fraud.
