It is a unique tea because its leaves are withered indoors and never exposed to the sun, creating a contrasting black and white colours, where one side of the leaves will turn dark, while the buds and leaves covered by white down will stay light.

Its flavor is soft and velvety, with a clean, refreshing taste and honeydew sweetness with notes of honey. Its aroma is delicate and fragrant, and it can be enjoyed in multiple infusions.
